Breakfast at Panorama Morska features generous buffet-style spreads offering a wide variety of delicious options. To give our Guests even more culinary variety and ensure there is always something new to enjoy, the menu changes throughout the stay. This means that every morning brings new flavours to discover and a fresh opportunity to create your perfect breakfast.

Hot Dishes

At breakfast, our Guests can enjoy a wide selection of hot dishes prepared in a variety of ways. The buffet includes, among others, fried eggs and soft- or hard-boiled eggs, as well as omelettes, scrambled eggs and shakshuka served in different variations.

For those who prefer a more substantial breakfast, there is a selection of bacon and sausages, including frankfurters, hot dogs and traditional white sausage, as well as toast and various baked dishes.

Guests with a sweet tooth can enjoy pancakes, crêpes, fritters and other sweet breakfast treats served with a variety of toppings, as well as different kinds of pierogi. Our selection also includes porridge, semolina pudding, rice pudding with fruit and traditional milk-based breakfast soups.

Cold Buffet

A variety of cold cuts and a wide selection of cheeses – including yellow, smoked and blue cheeses – pair perfectly with fresh bread baked on site, including different types of bread, rolls and baguettes.

The buffet is complemented by cottage cheese, a variety of sandwich spreads, a generous selection of salads and fresh vegetables. Guests can also enjoy natural and fruit yoghurts, which can be topped with dried fruit.

Other options include stuffed eggs, tortillas with various fillings, colourful finger sandwiches, savoury rolls, aspic dishes and herring prepared in a variety of ways.

Sweet Buffet

To finish breakfast on a sweet note, our Guests can choose from a wide selection of cakes, doughnuts in various flavours and fresh fruit.

The experience is completed with freshly brewed coffee from our coffee machines, hot cocoa, tea and juices – everything you need to start the day with great taste and in a pleasant atmosphere.

Dinner at Panorama Morska is served as a generous buffet, combining a variety of hot dishes with an extensive cold selection. To make every evening meal varied and provide our Guests with the best possible culinary experience, we offer different dishes on consecutive days. This ensures that dinners remain exciting and full of new flavours throughout the entire stay.

Hot Dishes

Our evening buffet offers a wide selection of hot dishes. Depending on the current menu, Guests can enjoy soups, a variety of meat and fish dishes, stews, casseroles and meats served with aromatic sauces.

The selection also includes pasta with various accompaniments, pierogi with different fillings, savoury pancakes, vegetable patties and other meat-free options. Main courses can be accompanied by potatoes prepared in a variety of ways – boiled, roasted or served as French fries – as well as rice, groats, dumplings, pasta and warm vegetables. A generous selection of fresh salads and slaws completes the buffet.

Cold Buffet

An important part of our dinner selection is the rich and varied cold buffet. It includes, among other things, roasted and stuffed meats, pâtés, aspic dishes, herring, fish and a variety of meat and vegetarian appetisers.

The buffet also features traditional Polish specialities, carefully prepared platters of appetisers, as well as traditional pickled and lightly salted cucumbers. The selection is perfectly complemented by fresh bread, including traditional country-style bread.

Something Sweet

To finish the evening on a sweet note, our Guests can enjoy a selection of desserts, cakes and fresh fruit. On selected evenings, an additional attraction is our chocolate fountain, served with fruit and a variety of sweet treats, which is especially popular with our youngest Guests.

The meal is complemented by a selection of beverages, including water, juices, coffee and tea, as well as beer and wine.
